By submitting a request through Eunaliving, you agree to the terms listed below. We made these arrangements to ensure that you are fully aware of our discount and return policies and procedures.


A. RETURN POLICY OF 30 DAYS

We offer a 30-day merchandise exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after accepting your order to seek a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging, unworn or unused, with all labels attached, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the purchase receipt or proof of purchase.


B. PROCESS OF RETURN

To initiate a return, please email hello@eunaliving.com. We'll email you a return mailing label as well as instructions on how and where to deliver your shipment if your return is accepted. We will not accept items returned to us without first requesting a return.



C. PRODUCTS OR ISSUES THAT ARE DAMAGED OR WRONG

If it's not too much bother, investigate your request upon receipt and contact us as soon as possible if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive something undesirable, so we can assess the situation and make it right.

The time it takes for your exchanged item to contact you may vary depending on where you live.



D.EXCHANGES

We only exchange anything that are damaged, the incorrect product, the incorrect size, or faulty. Please contact us at hello@eunaliving.com if you need to exchange an item.


E.RESTOCKING FEE

Returns are not subject to a restocking fee.


F. REFUNDS

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll let you know whether or not your refund was granted. If authorized, your original payment method will be promptly returned within 5-7 business days. Taxes and shipping expenses are non-refundable. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may take some time to process and post the refund.
