Application:
1. Home-used tableware can be rinsed with water after cleaning with disinfectant cleaner.
2. Please use a soft towel to clean tableware. Do not use metal brushes or other cleaning tools.
3. If there are slight scratches on the surface of tableware, use toothpaste to gently polish.

Caution :
1. All the tableware are handmade products, thus there may be some small concave holes, bubbles or small black spots, etc. on the surface, which are normal druing the production processing and do not affect the performance of the products.
2. The product color may varies depending on the hand-crafted production.
3. All items are taken in kind. Please understand some color transparencies and minor coloring differences may be present due to the beam angle and other objective factors.
Quality testing:
1. Glass: safe, lead-free and cadmium-free raw materials are fired by high-temperature furnace, safe and hygienic.
2. Ceramics: refined clay first by 800 ℃ plain firing, coated with paint and glazed at 1300 ~ 1400 ℃ high temperature. After several trial firing tests, no lead, cadmium and other harmful substances are detected, and can be contacted with food safer.
3. Five checks: each of our products undergoes five strict quality control procedures before leaving the factory, namely raw material quality control, process quality control, finished product quality control, storage control and outgoing quality control, to ensure the quality of our products.

These mugs are pretty standard ceramic coffee mugs. They are good quality.The plus in this purchase comes from the packaging. The box is huge for 6 mugs because its filled with formed foam where even though the Amazon box was dinged the mugs remained safe and sound inside. They will get there safe.
Love this mug , works great in the microwave to reheat coffee . Handle is cool to the touch , but the coffeeis piping hot . Also easy to clean in the dishwasher .
Very large mugs. Works well with the single serving microwave cake pouches without the cake flowing over and out. Colors exactly as described. I am 100% satisfied with what was shipped to me.
Love these cups
I have been a coffee drinker for nearly 60 years and would give up everything consumable first before that. And it's not that I drink it all day long- although I used to when I was young and before I developed high blood pressure. I indulged myself for years in expensive coffees and became a coffee snob, I think...but I never really gave much thought to the container from which I was drinking ( except when Starbucks first opened in NYC and I paraded around with my $ status symbol container). I have used 2-cents bought on sale after Christmas mugs and felt smug in using the savings to splurge on the contents rather than the mug, and when I met someone who drank coffee from a 32 ounce measuring cup, I got the idea to find something fun to use and found these. My husband was overwhelmed when he opened the package and saw them and is sticking to his old cheap mugs that hold only a fraction of the amount that these hold but I can't imagine using anything else. The color is gorgeous and rich...they are sturdy ( a little heavy for me so I deducted 1 star) but for many people I think they will love that it feels substantial and states emphatically ,"Yes I am enjoying my wonderful coffee in this gorgeous cup").An added bonus is that they are also wonderful for eating cottage cheese and fruit, which I used to put on a plate and the blueberries or banana slices would sometimes slide off the plate but eating something like that is so much easier and enjoyable with these cups/mugs/bowls ( whatever you wish to call them). In a complicated world of many options and costs skyrocketing, I have found that I find joy in beautiful wonderful simple things like this. Hope you enjoy them too.
i have looked for this item for a some time, once my similar cup cracked. it dated back to the 'friends' mania. it is great for coffee, cocoa but my favorite use is for soup. it holds a hearty helping and the handle makes it very easy to eat from.
These mugs are great and so versatile. These can be used for soup or a hot drink. They are very pretty and bright. The most important thing about them is their composite material can be put in the microwave and doesn’t get hot to the touch. That’s a real plus for me. A great gift for yourself or someone else!
Bought these for hot cereal in the morning. Just the right size. It came with four, we shared 2 with our daughter and son-in-law. When they saw them, they new exactly what TV dish they were going to use them for.
